I combine traditional, natural therapeutic approaches with modern, scientific, evidence-based methods to address your health care needs. There are several ways I can be involved in your health care.
• Primary Care: I can act as your primary care physician providing physical exams, annual exams, and acute care. Together we will focus on your long-term health goals and work to prevent and treat acute and chronic illness.
• Specialist: If you are primarily looking for someone to address a specific condition or concern, I can act as a specialist, rather than a primary care physician. We will work together to address your concerns and goals regarding the specific condition while coordinating care with your primary care doctor.
• Optimal Wellness: Whether you are interested in primary care or specialized services, I will work to address your health goals by creating a personalized plan and helping you develop a foundation for true, long-lasting wellness.
I am always happy to work with other practitioners and specialists (doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, licensed midwives, nurse practitioners, etc.) to provide comprehensive and complementary healthcare.

In order to best assess your health, I may suggest laboratory testing. Though it will depend on your specific policy and the tests being ordered, standard blood tests are generally covered by insurance. For you convenience, I can draw your blood in the clinic and it can often be done during the visit.
Certain conditions may warrant further diagnostic testing such as x-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, colonoscopy, DEXA, or mamography. These tests cannot be conducted in the clinic and you will be referred to another location where these tests can be administered.
I utilize a wide variety of therapies and tools in my work with my patients. These include:
